Pepsi have been known for their great advertisements in the past and have used animals, and particularly dogs, in many of them.

Dog TV Ads: Dancing dogs do online bingo?

It seems the some advertisers think dancing dogs will sell anything – and for some dog owners, perhaps it might.

WINK Bingo is one of the UK’s largest online bingo providers and this week were celebrating a large win of a progressive jackpot, £8,400, by one of their players on the 20th January.

Dogs are used to advertise all sorts of things – things relative to dogs like dog food and dog insurance, but also things that have nothing to do with dogs at all. They say that you should never work with animals or children, but sometimes using a dog, animal or child in an advert is more effective at getting a message across – even a serious one. (more…)

Robbie Williams new dog hairdo

In the world of celebrity, there is often a focus on getting the best that money can buy. When it comes to dogs, celebrities have the disposable income to give them treats many ordinary dog owners can only dream of. However, because they are ‘time poor’ some celebrities may be substandard dog owners. If they delegate their responsibilities, dog welfare may not suffer. If delegation is utilised as an option, though, the connection between a celebrity and their dog may be a slender thing.
