Jennifer Love Hewitt battles for custody of her dog
It has been reported that Jennifer Love Hewitt, star of Ghost Whisperer and the ‘I know what you did last summer’ series is involved in a battle with her fiancé Ross McCall over custody of their dog. The actress and her Band of Brothers star fiancé were due to be married in a few months time, but reports are that they have split, and are now fighting over their dog, a boxer named Mona.
According to a source close to the couple, Jennifer is attempting to play dirty in a bid to keep her dog and stop Ross from taking her.
Jennifer is attempting to change Mona’s name so that when Ross calls, the dog won’t come.
Rumours have emerged from a costume supervisor, named Claudia Wick, that the couple had inequality issues as Jennifer was a far higher earner than her fiancé. She also claimed that Jennifer was extremely needy.
She would call McCall up and go, ‘Can you come and sit with me? I’m cold.’
She would drag him on the set and then pout and they’d fight. Mainly, it was her needing something from him.
Jennifer Love Hewitt herself admitted that she had administered Prozac, an anti-depressant drug, to another of her dogs, a King Charles spaniel.
