This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby has introduced her new pup to the programme’s viewers, as the Golden Retriever took a seat on the famous sofa for the first time.
Willoughby and husband Dan Baldwin welcomed Bailey as a new member of their family, having adopted her recently at 15 weeks old. The pup joined the presenter and co-star Phillip Schofield on the sofa and impressed viewers with her calm temperament. Willoughby even commented that the dog had actually fallen asleep when she first introduced her to the cameras.
The presenter went on to gush over how wonderful Bailey is and how well her training is already progressing. She did let on though that the new addition had meant a number of broken nights and that she hadn’t had much sleep.
Later in the week, Willoughby shared a picture of herself and Bailey with her 7.4 million Instagram followers. The snap showed Willoughby make-up free and in her pyjamas having a cuddle with Bailey on the sofa at home. She commented that the family had just arrived at the stage where the children sleep in on a Sunday, but it was the puppy that had woken her up early.
Willoughby shared with fans that Bailey wasn’t quite fully toilet-trained, commenting that she usually wakes up in the morning to find Bailey hasn’t been able to hold it in. Fans and fellow celebrities alike commented on the Instagram post sharing their own puppy stories, pictures and kind words about Bailey.
